The Belmont Beach Pop-Up Park is a private park and all organized events of 20 or more people require approval of the resident managing committee and compliance with the event requirements. Larger events have additional requirements relating to restrooms, parking, crossing guards, security, and insurance (look at Event Requirements for more information).
