Join us for the grand re-opening of the Belmont Beach Pop-Up Park! 

Join the Friends of White River (sponsored by Citizens Energy Group) for a river clean up.

Grab your lawn chair, blanket and snacks for a fun evening of film by the river. 

Movies start at dusk. 

Join the Friends of Belmont Beach for a morning time stroll through the Haughville Nature Trail with our resident wilderness expert, Coach Greg Harger. 

Join Ma’at Urban Agriculture & Industry and MA’AT 9 INC for a family friendly day of self-sufficiency education, healthy food preparation, guest speakers, & community service!

Every first Sunday, starting at 3:00 p.m. we invite you to gather with your neighbors to enjoy a calming sound mediation followed by a free meal from a local neighborhood eatery.

Know Before You Go
  • Hours: Open daily dawn to dusk
  • Getting There: Google maps knows the site as 2020 N White River Pkwy W Drive. “Belmont Beach, Indianapolis, Indiana” also works. You can access the park on IndyGo Route 37 and bike lanes on White River Parkway.
  • Parking: Limited parking is available at the park. Additional parking is available across White River Parkway on Belmont Avenue. Use extreme caution when crossing White River Parkway as there is no formal crosswalk.
  • Restrooms and Water: Portable restrooms available. No drinking water available.
Park Reservations

Interested in using Belmont Beach for a family or community event? Belmont Beach is a privately-managed space, and all organized events and activities with more than 20 people must be approved by the resident managing committee. Events should maintain the family atmosphere of the park and have insurance and safety requirements.
